Recently reported STEERING problems on 2009 Toyota Yaris

I noticed that my car would not brake properly if i happened to be breaking over an uneven service years ago. so, i drive to avoid having to do so. but, then recently it started making a squealing noise along with breaking. it comes and goes. then, a clunking noise started when reversing. now, the clunking noise comes in either direction. the squealing has graduated to scratching and scraping when i accelerate or decelerate. it comes from my front, passenger side tire and when i turn my steering wheel all the way to the right, it gets very loose - whereas turning all the way to the left still feels appropriately tight. i think the looseness is connected to the front right passenger side wheel, as if a piece has broken or is loose - because it comes and goes. this all happens when i'm moving, no matter what terrain it is (highway, city street, etc.) and whether i am turning or not.

Takata recall notice was sent. when i tried to contact a dealership there was no local dealership on hawaii to correct the issue. i would like this issue fixed due to the "takata recall" but not have to send my vehicle to the continental us due to this issue not being my fault.

The engine turn off suddenly and the power steering system fail, then engine turn on and power steering works fines .its pass several times.
