My passenger side sun visor is flopping down by itself blocking my field of view while driving. i had to replace my driver's side sun visor over a year ago because of the same issue. toyota has apparently improved the design of the sun visor, but will not recall the old design and will gladly charge you $120 to replace it. this is a serious visibility issue that toyota needs to repair at no cost to the customer. *tr
Sun visor made cracking type sounds when folding down or up to use. now it will not stay up or fold up against windshield. it is a vision hazard. *tr
