Secondary air injection system pumps have become fouled due to uncovered intake. water and debris, within both pumps due to poor design. damage to both pumps and valves. while in motion the vehicle warning system activates. without warning the vehicle can go into limp mode - max 30 miles an hour. very dangerous if on a highway, when the issue pops up.
