My 2000 toyota landcruiser has experience excessive undercarriage rust similar to the tundra models reported. recently the brakes on my vehicle failed due to brake lines rusting through. when we tried to apply the emergency brake, it did not stop the vehicle since it had rusted through as well and was inoperable. fortunately we were not driving fast as we would have no way to stop the vehicle from crashing. *tr
