Driving on the freeway, my car engine shut-off and breaks locked. car will not start on the move so i have to bring it to a stop. the process of transitioning lanes without breaks was very scary. after the car was brought to a full stop the car was able to start.
Car overheating and when i was checking under hood while vehicle was stationary in driveway to see if radiator fan was working place where small hose that connects to reservoir is attached to plastic radiator pipe broke suddenly projecting strong stream of scalding radiator fluid to my abdomen causing burn injury.
My car has 91,414 miles and has had multiple cylinder misfires with my normal daily commute of six miles each way. in three years on a 4 cylinder engine i have had three ignition coils replaced, twice within two and a half years and 10,468 miles on the #2 coil. all repairs have been completed by toyota certified repair facilities with toyota oem parts. this is not normal for a low mileage vehicle maintained with regular service.
On more than one occasion i was going between 5-10 miles an hour and the car sputtered and felt like it was going to shut off. i told the dealership when i took the car in for regular service and the told me the computer did not find anything wrong and they could not replicate the problem when driving it. also when accelerating the car will make a clunking sound. again the dealership denied a problem. these issues have happened multiple times

This issue has been on going for over 2 years; the engine reves up when starting the car, rpm goes into the red on the gauge & continues to go up & down for the first 30 minutes or so, while driving .the codes say it is an emissions issue/ charcoal canister, according to what i've researched. i took the car in for the ecu recall as instructed by the letter received. i was not experiencing any of these issues prior to the recall replacement?? i took the car to the dealership for a scheduled oil change and explained to the services person, i was told the emissions was fine, but they would be happy to run a diagnostic on it for $200, i have noticed that many other are having issues with the same codes/ emissions issues. could you please help me with this, i don't know where or who to turn to from here. thank you and i look forward to hearing from you soon. i would like to send a video of what is happening, but there isn't an option for videos. if you need to see the issue live on video, i would ...
