I have been trying to schedule an appointment with toyota of hollywood, fl and have left messages for service advisors who do not return calls. i received the recall notice two months ago and have been told the only way to get an appointment is with a service advisor. do i have to take time out of my busy schedule to drive to the dealer to make an appointment?

Takata recall. stone mountain toyota has been extremely unresponsive in my efforts to get the takata recall on my vehicle accomplished. my vehicle was purchased at this dealership and they seem to try to delay or impede the process of replacing the affected part. they claim, from the beginning, that i must leave my vehicle with them overnight to get the work done. i know that the actual repair time is 10 minutes and that the dealer has up to 1 1/2 hours to do the work, also, the fact that i made an appointment for the work to be done so that they can schedule the necessary personnel to complete the work should be adequate for them to do the work needed. my appointment was march 26, 2018 at 3:00 pm and when i arrived they informed me that the car had to be left at the dealership overnight. this is unacceptable since i need the vehicle to go to work. they make no effort to complete the repairs in a reasonable time frame. the address for stone mountain toyota is 4400 us highway 78, lilburn, ga 30047 and their phone number is 770-736-0030.
