Takata recall i was never notified of the recall. i was in an accident and the air bag hit my left arm when it deployed. i found out about the recall after my insurance company completed an evualation on my toyota carolla. with it not being fixed it may have decreased the value of my car.

Was in a front end collision and airbags did not deploy. i t-boned another vehicle.

Air bag light came on dashboard as well as passenger seat belt light continuously beeping to buckle seat belt. dealer was unable to identify the problem. they replaced multiple parts and issue came back after 4 months. dealer now is claiming that air bag inflator is the issue. recalled parts were replaced previously. dealer does not seem to be 100% certain what the issue is and is replacing parts at customer's expense.

I'm having an issue with the airbag system. there are multiple error codes and the dealership can't figure it out. they think it's the airbag module. toyota has had multiple issues with the airbag system not just the takata. but this issue it disables all the airbags and beeps to buckle your seatbelt. there seems to be a common issue so i'd like you to look into it.

Talara recall i call to make and appointment about a month ago and they tell me to call me back with the day to bring the car to toyota i'm still waiting on a call they never make and appointment and never call me please i need to repair my car

Takata recall took car in to toyota dealer for new airbag and waited 1/2 day for airbag to be installed. was told it was completed but i noticed the door still had hollow sound when i closed it after returning home. checked online with vin# and it said recall incomplete. though i filled out survey i received in email regarding servicing of car, it kept bumping me off at the end of the filled out online form. today i got an email from the rep who did paperwork at toyota dealership asking me to complete survey. thats when i decided to check vin and found it hadn't been serviced at all!!!

Takata recall. i want to know if and when my airbag inflator will be recalled. i live in new jersey, and it gets pretty hot and humid here in the summer, and cool and humid in the winter. the information provided by nhtsa and the press suggests i face the risk of a faulty exploding airbag. it seems that the recall is gambling with the odds that there is less chance of an explosion outside pr, fl, the gulf states, nc and ca. i do not like facing this risk and think nhtsa should order takata and toyota to replace my airbag inflator with safe equipment. please let me know what you will do to provide me and all the other car owners facing this risk with a remedy. this risk is, after all, the result of intentional violations by takata and others. i just learned of this risk today in the press. thank you.

Takata recall-despite numerous calls and conversations with stone mountain toyota, i have been unable to get my vehicle 's airbags replaced. i have been given appointments on november 2 and december 28 for this work to be performed, and have been told for the november date that the parts are available when they were not and the december date that they did not have enough technicians at work that day. at least 3 earlier calls to determine status of the recall were never returned and i have been lied to or ignored at every turn. in addition, i am told that the work will take at least 4 hours and that i would have to leave my car at the dealership overnight to get the work done. this is in contrast to national news reports that honda dealerships are sending technicians to customers residences if the parts needed to be changed out still and the work was done on site at the home in 10 minutes. i therefore see absolutely no justification for the demand that i either wait 4 hours or leave my vehicle overnight for stone mountain toyota to do what honda dealerships are doing in 10 minutes. ...

Takata recall i received a notice about the recall and contacted my local toyota dealer. i was told that they are right now taking names and numbers and people are being put on a list and would be contacted when my name came up to schedule an appointment. i asked what was the list for she told me this is the process they are doing right now to schedule appointments. last year the same issue happened with my honda civic and the honda dealer let me know that they had to order the part and would contact me to schedule an appointment. i was never put on a list for an appointment. i am not happy with the service i am getting for a car my son is driving around in.. i contacted the toyota customer experience center and spoke to caleb he was no help and did not really offer any. i explained to him that i was trying to find a dealer to set up an appointment not be put on a list he kept repeating the same thing to me i guess he got frustrated with me because he than told me thank you for call ...

Takata recall. the airbag in our vehicle has yet to be replaced. per toyota of whittier the replacement parts have yet to be distributed. we were notified of the recall over a year ago and this delay is unacceptable. one would not expect this negligent behavior from toyota that is resulting in us driving around with a defective airbag that can seriously injury or kill our passenger.
