Problems with 2016 Toyota Camry VISIBILITY/WIPER

During heavy rain, the water from the wheel wells is thrown up onto the windshield and the windshield wipers cannot keep up with it. this has happened at 30 mph, as well as higher speeds. this completely obscures visibility and has nearly caused two accidents, as well as some very frightening incidents. these occurred on highways and local paved roads. heavy water thrown by other vehicles can't be taken care of by the wipers, forcing the driver to guess where the road and other vehicles are.

Whenever it rains, the backup camera on my 2016 toyota camry se gets water clogged which renders visibility by this device useless. the toyota dealership states nothing can be done to fix this problem. toyota's hotline states nothing can be done to fix this issue. this is a safety feature failure. in the rain, you cannot see what's behind you on the backup camera when you are backing up. i have had backup cameras on previous toyotas and never had this problem before. this has been an ongoing problem since purchase of this particular vehicle.

I was driving down the interstate and my sunroof exploded from the inside out. nothing hit the car at all to cause this.
