Tl* the contact owns a 2011 toyota camry. the contact stated that the front passenger side door and the two rear doors failed to unlock from outside the vehicle. the contact mentioned that the doors only unlocked manually from inside the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the door latches needed to be replaced. the vehicle was also taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed that the computer located under the dashboard needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 32,000.
