At least two weeks ago, toyota updated its entune navigation software with a flawed system update that eliminated the voice command system for phones, navigation, etc. toyota has failed to provide public notification of the problem and has to-date failed to come up with a solution to correcting the problem. this results in a safety problem, as toyota customers can no longer place or make calls or seek directions verbally. all commands must be physically entered on the system or a smartphone resulting in a clear driver distraction and safety hazard.
