The air bag , horn , power steering all located on the steering wheel do not work. car is one owner and has not been involved in accident. i was told by toyota dealership clock spring was bad. clock spring on prior year was on recall. however recall had not been to this vehicle. i need horn and air bag.
The front end axle or cv joint area ,there is metallic and dash lights up warning about losing stability.
