Dt*: the contact stated a crack in the right front wheel caused the tire to loose air pressure, resulting in a crash. the vehicle was driven over three lanes and struck a road sign, went back over the three lanes and down into a watery ditch and up the other side and came to a stop. seat belts were in use and no injuries were sustained. the contact has no other recollection of the incident and can offer no more facts. a police report was filed. the dealer has been alerted however the wheel has not been inspected. the manufacturer stated there was no design defect. updated 06/12/06. *jb
