Steering wheel vibrates between 55-65 mph. vehicle feels unstable until it reaches aprox 70 mph. taken to dealer 3 times. they balanced the front wheels, but issue returns everytime, 2-3 weeks later. toyota says it is normal. cannot be normal for a brand new car, with new tires. multiple owners report issue happening in multiple websites
