The driver seat bolts where the mounts are located are completely stripped/rusted out which will require complete welding repair. no active recalls are found. 3 out 4 bolts are stripped/rusted out. unsafe to drive, driver seat on verge of dislodging out, can cause accident. very common 4runner problem, owner should not be responsible for manufacturer default.
