Car has begun lurching and rpm gauge fluctuating at highway speeds (above 60 mph). transmission fluid was replaced at 80k miles by suzuki dealer, now at 88k miles and having issue. this is not safe on the highway!

Tl*the contact owns a 2010 suzuki kizashi. the contact stated that on three occasions while driving 25 mph, the rpms increased to 1,800 while the brakes were depressed. the vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for diagnostic testing but they were unable to find a failure code. the dealer also test drove the vehicle and was unable to duplicate the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer filed report 2-242457358. the failure mileage was 2,500 and the current mileage was 5,100. updated 05/03/11*lj updated 1/5/12 *cn
