Tl* the contact owns a 2015 subaru outback. while driving 35 mph, the vehicle's wheels seized and the vehicle jerked violently. the failure occurred without warning. the vehicle was towed to subaru of las vegas (6455 w roy horn way, las vegas, nv 89118) where it was diagnosed that cv axles and the transmission failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was approximately 24,000.

Drivers side front wheel bearing failed at less than 8000 miles. replaced under warranty by dealer. no history of driving through water or accident. large portion of driving does occur on mild mountain road.
