Tl* the contact owns a 2003 subaru baja. the contact stated that while turning at 2 mph, a noise was heard coming from the rear passenger side. the vehicle was maneuvered to the shoulder and the contact smelled a burning odor. upon examining the vehicle, the contact also noticed that the rear passenger tire was rubbing onto the wheel well and melting. the vehicle was then towed to a private mechanic and the contact was informed that the rear suspension rusted away from the sub frame. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileages were 141,000.
