Tl* the contact owns a 2009 toyota scion xb. the contact stated she believed the foam that held the front and side windows to the vehicle were designed too wide. when stopped at a traffic stop, the contact was unable to see out the window because the foam was obstructing his view. the contact stated he barely missed a crash three times due to the flaw. the manufacturer advised that he would be sent a letter in regards to his complaint. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 7,000 and the current mileage was approximately 20,000.
