Crossing a busy intersection, my truck stalled in the middle of the intersection for no apparent reason. was eventually able to restart it, but stalled again after approximately two minutes. has been at cole chrysler since 9/5/2019. dealer says it may be the battery associated with the hybrid system. that part has not been available for two months, and there is no estimated time it will be available. after it is replaced, there may still be another problem.
The truck will increase and decrease engine rpm's from idling at 6000 to 14000 at low speeds wth a/c engaged. this happens in alldriving conditions. this makes parking and driving in heavy traffic most challenging.
The window stickers said 19 mpg . really i only do 11 on my trick
When filling the tank, i notice a leak on the tank. at the moment of the leak, it was half a tank. not sure if the problem was from a tube that connect to the tank. *dt *dt*jb
Tl* the contact owns a 2019 ram 1500. while driving 15 mph, the vehicle vibrated abnormally and smoke emitted from the engine compartment. in addition, fuel leaked from the tail pipe. the vehicle was taken to john elway's claremont chrysler jeep dodge ram (located at 620 auto center dr, claremont, ca 91711, (909) 962-7462) where it remained for approximately three weeks. the dealer replaced the starter. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 90.
