Passenger side storage well was completely filled with water. went unnoticed for unknown number of days. took vehicle into crown dodge of fayetteville. they acknowledged the growing number of complaints on the same issue. replaced 3rd brake light, they tried telling me that all door weather strips were worn and needed replaced. dealership did not look for, find or fix water damage to the seats, carpet or body panels. this is the second incident with water damage in the same spot while i have owned this vehicle.

Stereo not working - flashes ram logo and xm logo, then tries to update. nothing happens and no controls work. dealer wants 1800. to replace. drivers side lumbar not working, dealer said seat back needs replacing. hard to believe these need to be done on a 3 yr old vehicle with 44k miles on it. neither are safety items, however many are having the same issue with the radios in these vehicles.
Tl* the contact owns a 2015 ram 1500. the contact stated that the middle seat in the back row of the vehicle, which was purchased yesterday, did not have shoulder and lap belts. the contact notified the local dealer who stated that the seat should have a lap belt only. the contact notified the manufacturer of the failure and was informed that the seat had double shoulder belts, but no lap belt. the issue was not resolved. the failure mileage was approximately 200.
Tl* the contact owns a 2015 dodge ram 1500. the contact stated that while driving at various speeds, there was an abnormal noise and vibration coming from the front driver seat. the failure recurred on several occasions. the vehicle was taken to a dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 1,500.
