With truck in part, key in ignitions, and engine running the truck will auto lock the doors when driver exits vehicle and closes the door. this has happened three times on my truck. this is a danger if child is in the truck and parent get out to open gate or anyother reason and closes door. first time this happened at home. second time i was 40 minutes from any town in the country. cell phone locked in truck as it was running, waited almost one hour for passing vehicle to call aaa for locksmith. i waited another hour for towtruck to unlock my truck.
