Car stalls while in motion. usually this is when i am slowing down or when i have come to a stop. it starts right up again but sometimes will stall immediately after restarting multiple times. sometimes it will stall multiple times a day and sometimes it doesn't stall for a week or more. i took it to a mechanic and he had no idea what the problem was. my vin number was not included in the previous recalls but it appears to be the same problem.
Took the car to have the back brakes fixed.got the car back from the auto shop and the back and the front brakes locked up i was at a red light went to step on the gas to move the car the car would not move i set for 15 or 20 minutes started it up stepped on the gas very hard the car still did not budge but a couple of inches had to have somebody help me push it out of the street into the gas station towed it to another repair shop and the same issue with the front and back brakes locking up at the same time
Car will stop while driving, and i can restart it after it stops.
While driving, the car may occasionally lose power and stall out. rate of speed doesn't seem to affect whether the car stalls. i have to throw the car in park real fast and re-crank it and it typically starts back up. if the car were to stall out while making a turn or in heavy traffic, this could cause a major accident. it is unknown what is causing this, but i did see a recall online that stated the battery terminal might be the cause of the loss of electrical operation.

The fuse for the low beam 15 amp the driver side started to blow replaced one time, light would work after approx 2 days blew up again, replaced and started to burn a wire from the wires under the fuse box under the hood. i cannot pin point where the wire is burning and now the light is very dim and high beam is not working either, before only the low beam was the problem and i'm afraid it will catch fire. the car did not get wet as the car was parked for about three weeks after the first fuse replacement. the car was not moving as i was replacing the fuse.

Mechanic and i found a recall on my make and model car. nissan denied the recall three times saying my model is not affected. i disagree and think my car should be investigated as it shows exact symptoms as recall. its very possible that maybe my make and model is just starting to be affected. vehicle engine stops running while the vehicle is in motion, causing an unsafe condition, and increasing the risk of a crash. i lose brakes and have almost been in an accident twice with my kids in the car. *tr
I have a 2010 nissan sentra and the ecm has gone out due to a factory defect. there was a recall on certain 2010 nissan sentras, however my particular vin# was not included and therefore nissan will not make the repairs. not long after i purchased the car, i started having issues with what i thought was the battery. it wouldn't start at times. i purchased a new battery, however still had the same issues. i took the car to a few mechanics and they couldn't determine what the problem was. eventually the car just stopped. i don't remember the exact date, but it was around 12.7.14. thankfully, i wasn't driving at the moment, however looking at other people's stories, theirs did. the car was towed to my local nissan dealer and that's when i was told about the ecm. after doing my own research, i saw the recall and the people had the same exact problems i was having with my car and then their ecm died. i don't feel like i should be stuck with this car or have to pay for those repairs, however nissan will not fix it because as mentioned, my particular vin# was not included in the recall. that is bullcrap at it's finest. *tr

Left car with hazard lights on and engine off for about 10 minutes and when tried to start car again, car would not start. i had just drove the car for my morning commute of about 1 hour. this is the second time this has occurred on this vehicle's stock battery. i am suspicious that there are recalls for the same part on different vehicles, but not the one i have. *tr
Positive battery arcing/voltage drop, causing ecm reset, vehicle fails to start, stranded by side of road. this is an existing recall and needs to be expanded to cover other months of mfg. this is a pour design that allows a loss of voltage to cause the ecm to be damaged and/or need reprogrammed. *tr
The first incident i was reversing out of spot and the engine just shut off, i had no control of gas however lights and dashboard errors were displayed. i put car in park, turned ignition off and tried to start up car with success . so i thought maybe something strange happened and i went on with my life. over the next few years this kept happening months even years apart at the strangest times. for example the most recent time it happened i had stopped at a stop sign and when starting to accelerate the car just shut off like it has so many times . by now i started thinking maybe this is more than a coincidence and actually saw a recall online for the same problem. only this time the car wouldn't start back up. i had it towed to nissan and told them my suspicions on the recall and i get a call back a few days later saying i need a new engine and they can't check the electrical recall bc they can't start the car . what do i do now!? *tr

My car nissan sentra 2010 broke down on parking lot at my workplace (lack of electricity) on nov 30, 2010. at that time i was not aware about a recall for positive cable to car's battery. with my colleagues at work we tried to use jumping cables to start the engine. after unsuccessful attempts car was towed to kendrick's nissan in lafayette indiana. the next day dealer's technical adviser told me that ecm is broken and it looks that i burned it during re-start engine attempt using wrongly (reversing) cables. he added that i broke a warranty and i have to pay $871 for repair. i believe that diagnosis is not correct and that the reason for car starting problem was faulty connection cable which could also cause some other damages during a re-start attempt. *tr
