The accelerator pedal sticks. as a result when taking off after a stop, the consumer had to apply more pressure to the pedal. the part has been replaced three times. however problem still exists. *ak (throttle plate stuck) the problem never seemed to be corrected. the consumer would have to forcibly press down on the gas pedal, after putting the vehicle into first gear, from reverse. the seat belt did not retract and the gas pedal felt as if it were binding. *sc *jb

When driver's seat belt not used, the seat belt indicator light on the dash stays on steady, which is normal. when i use the seat belt, the indicator light sometimes goes off (normal) and sometimes it blinks rapidly on and off. does that mean there is a problem and is the seat belt , in fact, working properly? i asked nissan and they said to bring the car in for examination...i am curious if anyone is having the same problem and if there is anything wrong with the safety product feature (seat belt) with this vehicle.*ak
