Problems with 2016 Nissan Rogue SEAT BELTS

Seat belt - back driver side seat belt would not fasten. the metal portion of the belt would not "click" into the seat piece. purchased the vehicle less than 30 days ago from carmax, so it is covered by their 30-day warranty. have an appointment to have this issue reviewed and resolved at the end of this month.

My seat belt will not come out to securely buckle in my passengers. i went to the dealer and they said it was the seat framework which is pinching the seatbelt.

Tl* the contact owns a 2016 nissan rogue. while driving 65 mph, a tire detached from another vehicle and struck the front driver side bumper of the contact's vehicle. the tire then slid underneath the contact's vehicle. all the seat belts in the contact's vehicle failed to lock and the air bags did not deploy. the contact stopped the vehicle on the shoulder of the road. the vehicle failed to restart. the vehicle received damage to the front bumper, radiator, air vent, the compressor to the air conditioner, and undercarriage. the vehicle was towed. the contact received arm, shoulder, and neck injuries. the front passenger received head, neck, shoulder, back, and knee injuries. the rear passenger received neck injuries. medical attention was required for the driver and front passenger of the vehicle. a police report was filed. the vehicle was towed to a body repair shop. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 4,000. updated 07/01/16*lj *cn
