My daughter is a young driver. this car allows her to drive without her lights on and does not notify her that her lights are off. the driving lights and dashboard lights give her the impression that the lights are on but the tail lights are completely dark. she was nearly killed by a driver that almost ran her off the freeway. this is a major crisis and i have seen hundreds of cars doing this. please fix!!!!!

This vehicle does not notify the driver that their lights are off at night. the dash lights up brightly which gives the impression that the lights are on. the car makes plenty of warning sounds when you don't turn off the lights or if your seat belt is not on but it does nothing to inform the driver their lights are off. no vehicle should be allowed to drive around at night with the lights off. please fix this. we see hundreds of cars per week driving without lights on. i will be launching a campaign with the media next week to raise awareness of this critical oversight but auto manufacturers and the nhtsa.

Overhead light control pannel fell out of ceiling while car was parked. if it had occured while driving a disrraction or accident could happen.

Tail lights on drivers side stopped working. light bulbs were replaced but this did not fix the problem. signal light and brake light continue to work but no tail lights. nissan dealership is currently trying to resolve the problem but are having trouble locating the cause. they tell me they are in contact with nissan technicians via e-mail and expect that they will have to replace the wiring harness. the car is 3 1/2 years old and has just under 42000 miles. the car has been to the nissan service center numerous times to adjust other recall issues and four times to fix the air conditioner. i can only assume that any electrical problems the car has could only come from defect or from previous repairs done by the service dept. i believe i have a reasonable expectation that the electrical system in any new car should certainly last longer than 3 1/2 years.

Headlight has moisture condensation inside. the car has only 35,500 miles on it and i've had it less than a year. without replacement it will reduce my ability to see the road and make me less visible to oncoming traffic.
