Problems with 2013 Nissan Rogue SEATS

2013 nissan rogue trouble light comes on with a code b1018 & b1022 witch is passenger seat sensor. other models of the same year are being recalled for the same problem. the car only has 18,795 miles, we haved found out this is not a isolated incident, is there any way to put this model on the list for safety reasons.

During cold weather (below 20 deg f.), the car sometimes can not detect if an adult is sitting in the passenger seat and it disengages the air bag. during really cold days (below 0 deg f.) it senses a non-adult sitting in the passenger seat but, the seat is empty. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan rogue. the contact stated that the headrest for the rear seats obscure the rear windows visibility and it could not be removed. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated the vehicle was functioning as designed. the vin was not available. the approximate failure mileage was 40. *tr
