The pressure sensor in the front passenger seat has failed. the seat belt warning is always illuminated when no passenger is in the seat and the airbag disable light never turns off even with a full-size adult. this seems to be a common issue in nissans, including a recall on 2013-2016 model years of other models but never the quest.
