I was driving around 50 miles an hour, heard a small pop sound then my sunroof exploded. glass rained down on me causing me to swerve and almost wreck. i was on the highway at the time with no vehicle in front of me.
Sunroof exploded. driving on the highway and the sunroof suddenly shattered and glass showered the interior of the vehicle. this was not caused by impact with an object. there were no overpasses, nearby trees, open trucks, or other likely sources of debris. the road and weather conditions were excellent (sunny, high 70s). this defect presented a significant safety issue.
Silver border around side air vents reflects strongly in the side window and obscures the view in the sideview mirrors. this is a safety issue as it could obscure the view of a bicycle or motorcycle and a black vent border should be provided to resolve this issue.
