Problems with 2013 Nissan Murano SEAT BELTS

2 safety issues: (a) passenger side seatbelt functioned fine when we got out of the car and upon return, we were unable to pull the belt out to fasten. it was locked within its 'roll-up' area. (b) blind-spot warning lights, tire air warning lights and etc. as seen in uploaded photo stay on in the color of orange. also the brake light stays on in red after car is started. these functions do not work as well. no air needed in tires: checked that. no issues with brakes: checked that. taking car to shop friday.
