Tl* the contact owns a 2000 nissan maxima equipped with cooper artic claw-vanderbilt tires, size: 215/55/r16. while driving 55 mph, an abnormal noise emitted from the rear passenger side of the vehicle. the vehicle was merged to the side of the road where the contact noticed that the rear passenger side tire blew out. the tire was replaced. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vin was unavailable. the approximate vehicle failure mileage was 91,000 and the tire failure mileage was 10,000.
Tl* the contact owns a 2000 nissan maxima gle/gxe/se with cooper tires, size p215/55r16, line cobra radial g/t, dot 3db2, serial d113206 rrt. while driving the vehicle at speeds of 60 mph, the front drivers side tire blew out due to tread separation. the contact was able to stop the vehicle without further incident and replaced the tire with the spare. as a result of the blow out, the drivers side fender, wiring harness, door and bumper were damaged. the tire manufacturer was contacted but did not provide any assistance. the failure and current mileages were 117,368.
Significant deep cracks have developed around the circumference of the sidewall of the right front tire just inside of where the tread surface meets the sidewall. it appears that the tread surface is preparing to separate. my tires have 26,000 miles of light-normal driving.*ak

Consumer states that the front and rear passenger side tire loses air quickly. consumer is force to put more air in the tire than usual. dealer notified. size#p23575r15. please provide the dot#. *mr the right side of the vehicle was missing wheel locks. wiper inserts were worn. check the engine light came on due to ecm failure. *yh
Cracks have developed all the way around the sidewall about a half an inch down from where the tread wraps around on the sidewall. *ak (dot number: jfk379 tiresize: p225/50r17)
Toyo will not replace my tires which have a manufacurer's defect.my car tremors heavily anytime i go 50 mph or higher.*ak
