Rear obstruction warning.around view, rear view, etc monitoring system. have had dealership look into numerous times they cant remedy without some kind of proof.there suggestion was cell phone picture of warning on dash while driving or video. i told them i wouldn't do that and asked them if that is what they would need to do to satisfy nissan for approval to fix he said yes.really while driving i think not.
While driving on the highway this morning, the panoramic sunroof on my 2012 nissan maxima spontaneously exploded and shattered. had the sunroof been open, there could have been extensive damages to me personally, my unborn child (7 months pregnant), and others driving around me if i had lost control of my vehicle.
My car would not start the key symbol light is on the dashboard. but the key locks and unlocked the car but it's doesn't start
Unstable and wobbling when moving, especially go through rough surface. sometimes, when hit brake, i feel like a little slide of the wheel
Car stalls at lights and just stops running while driving down the street. the stalling problem has been going on for years but the car stalling while driving down the road is fairly new. stalls at ligfhts, stalls while in motion
My 2013 nissan maxima slowed down while on the highway doing 60 mph then a sputtering noise follows with a large boom and winding noise, check engine light came on. took my car to autozone code stated cvt transmission problem. this car is only 6 years old why would i need an transmission. i'm so disappointed with nissan
The infotainment and navigation system - including audio - is an exceptional hazard. nissan north america does not care. multiple conversations - and cases - across multiple model years have resulted in nothing. while in motion, the audio system comes on, carplay starts and stops, and the vehicle is a regular distraction-laden, unsafe, untested platform for failing owners. usb ports stop working and short out. system reboots. audio comes on at blaring volume.
I've had my car for a little over a year and only one owner before me, it has been maintained well. my car has been making a noise for months now so i finally took it to a dealership (on august 3, 2019) and was told nothing was wrong. not even a week later it broke down almost 2 hours from my house. other than the knocking noise (which including a popping noise), uneven tire wear (had a blow out on 65 3 hours from home), it started not accelerating when i was at a stop sign or light. it still runs, but i've spent over $500 within a months time trying to receive answers and haven't yet. i see recalls for other years as in the suspension/strut insulator cracking. also, i've seen other complaints about transmissions slipping and nissan not wanting to fix them. i am now expecting my first child and have no form of transportation due to nissan and their dealerships not knowing basic car knowledge nor wanting their customers safe and satisfied.
The dash board is melting down and when the sun hits the sticky dash board it causes a glare in the windshield to where it makes it hard for you to see.
I purchase the maxima certified pre-owned on june 2017. in september 2018, i needed to have the distance sensor array replaced under warranty. in july 2019, i needed to have the same distance sensor array replaced under warranty. why does this keep failing? this sensor controls the emergency braking system and the adaptive cruise control. the car will not operate as advertised if this sensor is not working. soon my warranty will expire and i will need to replace this every year?
