Tl* the contact owns a 2008 nissan armada. the contact stated that the seat belts failed to function properly to restrain, buckle, and release from the buckle. in addition, there was an abnormal noise coming from the rear intermittently associated with the rear suspension of the vehicle. the vehicle has not yet been inspected and diagnosed by a dealer or an independent mechanic. the contact was included in nhtsa campaign number: 07v449000 (seat belts). the manufacturer was notified of the failure to determine if they may be able to schedule the recall repair and diagnose the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 100,000. parts distribution disconnect.
