Tl* the contact owns a 2009 nissan 370z. while parked, the clutch pedal failed and the check engine light illuminated. the vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the master cylinder and concentric slave cylinder needed to be replaced. also, different brake fluid would have to be used per the hydraulic system. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 54,600.

Rear diff seized twice, at 12k and 15k. dealer identified issue as overheating due to improper backlash setting from factory. *tr
