Emergency brake does not engage due to actuator lever on caliper being stuck. there is an open recall for this issue with vehicles matching my make, model and year but my vehicle does not seem to be included in said recall. this issue was noticed when the emergency brake was lifted but the vehicle continued to be able to roll while in my driveway.
