Report receipt date: nov 21, 2014 nhtsa campaign number: 14v744000 mitsubishi refuses to pay for the repair of the passenger seatbelt which has become loose and does not latch anymore. they are saying this recall does not affect my vin #. my car is also a 2014, i think you need to revise your recall to include my vin # and all others that were produced the same day, as the same thing is happening to mine and avoid loss of life and the liabilities that can come from that.

The manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy two safety recalls for my vehicle in a timely manner. i contact them twice, and no one give me any feedback.

Seat belt covers n covers that cover bolts n nuts keep coming off... ones at feet that cover mechanics won't stay on. makes belts not fit properly and not catch when needed, nor do they stay untangled nor in right position on bodies.
