On 3/8/2018, my 2015 mitsubishi mirage was hit on the front driver side by a simi-truck going 50 or more miles per hour. yet, my air bags did not deploy. i suffered significant injuries from this accident which could have been less severe, if my air bags deployed accordingly. i was not told when buying the car of any defects with the air bags or sensors. there is currently an open recall on the airbags still being researched. i found this out after searching for answers as to why my air bags didn't deploy. it was just put in around the time i bought my car.
The vehicle was in motion and was hit by another car running red light driving at/above 50mph none of the airbags deployed @ time of accident
