I was decelerating and was traveling at about 20 mph. a dodge durango traveling at about 45 mph rear ended me. the seat back broke and was in a reclined position after the accident. i hit the car in front of me. the air bags did not deploy. dt
While vehicle was stopping, another vehicle rear-ended consumer's vehicle a t 40 mph. during impact, locking mechansim that held driver's seatback in an upright position broke, causing seat to fall back into rear seating position. driver sustained head/ neck/ back, and rib injuries. please provide any additional information/attachments.*ak
The trnsmission oil cooler hoses were recalled (01v011001) and repaired but the overheating sensor light is still illuminated. nlm
