At start-up, the parking brake light comes on and can't be turned off. this happened several times. the parking brake light comes on while driving one day at start-up the brake would not release for 30 minutes while trying various methods recommended by mercedes benz support and the operators manual. the brake light has come on when it starts up and the parking brake could not be released preventing the car from moving. also the warning light comes on when driving. i will upload a picture of this.
The parking brake won't release sometimes after doing everything that the manual and mercedes benz recommends. i've been stranded for over 30 minutes. i've pulled the brake release for over 10 seconds and put the car in gear and turned if off and on. twice the parking brake light has come on when driving.
