I got in my car after work and attempted to put on my seat belt. it would not latch. i tried for over 10 minutes, to no avail. i had to drive home approximately 20 miles at midnight on the freeway, not wearing a seatbelt. this was very frightening because i always wear a seatbelt. in addition, it is illegal to drive without a seatbelt in california. *ak
