Tl*the contact owns a 2000 mazda mpv. upon purchasing the vehicle, the contact noticed that it was not leveled and was leaning towards the passenger side. the vehicle would also pull towards the right while driving more than 25 mph. between 60-70 mph, the vehicle would vibrate violently and could be felt when holding the steering wheel. in addition, the passenger side door, cd player, and lighter all failed. the rearview mirror became foggy and needed to be replaced, as well as the lower ball bearings. the liftgate failed and the trunk would fall down on top of her. the manufacturer was notified, but there were no recalls for her vin that pertained to the failures. the contact found several technical service bulletins regarding these failures; however, the manufacturer would not take any responsibility for repairing the vehicle. the failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 53,000.
Due possibly to poor alignment, incorrect coil springs, all four tires worn dangerously and had to be replaced. mazda issued "bulletins" on these problems to dealer but did not notify owners. there was also a "bulletin" on a brake problem, not reported to owner.*ak (dot number: fd9l tiresize: 65r15)
The vehicle was not leveled properly, the passengers side was approximately 1 inch or more higher than the driver's side, the dealership said the springs were uneven and refused to fix, finally the dealership approved fixing the vehicle. *mjs
Vehicle severely pulled to the left and vibrated while driving at 30 or more mph. vehicle been to dealer's shop on seven occasions, and problem still occurring. please feel free to provide any further details on this matter. *ak
