The car does not steer in a trustworthy manner and is unresponsive at times which negatively impacts the driver's assertion of where the car is on the road and how it will handle. the steering wheel itself behaves loosely and the turning capability of the car is unpredictable. thus far the cause and a solution to it has not been found. the dealership's service department has had it 5 times in 4 months, including extended periods, and despite valiant attempts to remedy the problem, it continues to elude the technicians.
This car has had many random computer problems starting with transmission locking in low gear until you stop the car and restart. car shuts off displaying automatic stop break got very hard and steering very hard. my daughter had an accident last week 2/2/17 due to vehicle loss of power hard breaking and steering. called mazda with no response.
