On-going issues with gas pump shutting off at pump. took car to get it check. back and forth with dealer to fine issue for over several months period. engine warning light came on twice. customer request dealer to check fuel systems. gas leak discovered, along with clogged fuel vapor lines. spider webs near fuel lines. customer suspect fuel system defect. dealer suggest fuel system replacement. since out of warranty, customer reach out to manufacturer.
2011 mazda cx-7. consumer writes in regards to unsatisfactory customer service at dealership with repairs and rental vehicle service. *ld the consumer stated the only vehicle the dealership offered was a truck. the consumer is handicapped and it was difficult to enter and exit the vehicle. updated 07/13/2017*js
The head lights and tail lights have been replaced over three times in least than two years. the condensation on the covers makes it difficult seeing where one is driving. this i believe is a safety issue. this condensation has also caused my radio to lose its sound. the battery will not start if it rains or its cold.
