Problems with 2010 Mazda CX-7 SUSPENSION

On average, the 2010 Mazda CX-7 starts to “feel” problems with the SUSPENSION and its various aspects after 74 091 miles.

As required of the recall, i went to paretti mazda to for the replacement of front lower controls arms on march 14, 2018. as per the recall notification and replacement of parts received from nhtsa indicating the mazda dealer will replace both the left and right front lower arms free of charge and that a rental car would be provided; however, at the completion of the replacement. paretti mazda charged me $65 for the repair.

Recall was reported oct 2016 my wife and family have been driving at risk for 5 months and its going to be another 3 weeks to fix this is unacceptable. what is mazda going to do to compensate for this.

Nhtsa recall number 16v-593. my car makes a rattle when i step on the brakes. when it is wet outside my brakes make a different noise until they dry out. mazda said it wasn't a problem. another business i go to said it's probably the rocker arms that need replacement.

For 2 years a recall has been in effect for replacing ball joints on this model. after talking to the dealer on 2 different occasions , i have been told that they are waiting on the parts. on dec. 13 2017 i was told i would be contacted within 30 days by mazda for scheduling this work. but still no response.

A fix for this recall 9716h has still not been resolved. corrosive ball joint.

1) we received notification of the recall when we purchased the used vehicle on 7/8/2017. the manufacturer has failed or is unable to remedy this safety recall for my vehicle in a timely manner. the safety risk associated with this recall is the vehicle may experience significant loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.

There has been a recall for the control arms for a while now and the dealer has no fix for them.. so im paying 367$ a month for a car that i cannont drive because it is not safe.

We were notified of a safety recall in august 2016 at the time they informed us a fix was unavailable and we would be notified when one was available. the recall includes the possible lose of steering during operation. do date, september 6, 2017 no information has been received regarding parts, a fix or a solution to this dangerous development.
