Bought the 2017 levante in june 2017 and since september 2017, have experience multiple occurrences of the vehicle "popping" into neutral while either in drive or reverse at different speeds. our local dealership/service manager is aware and has on record, they've experience the issue first hand. at some point in early december 2017, local service manager was told by maserati na, a fix would be available by end of 2017. it is now april 2018 and maserati na has no time-table for a "fix". you all can imagine how dangerous this can be. we've also have multiple other issues with our unit and has been in and out of service, weeks at a time since september 2017. maserati na has given me the run-around on the "fix", i don't believe they have a "fix" as well as working with us to either buy-back and/or replace our unit.
