Bluetooth hands free calling malfuntion in dash hands free bluetooth system not working . will not receive phone calls. will erratically produce loud 'hiss' and/or 'static' sounds . audio system icon on dash indicates that bluetooth is connected and has strong signal connection. have tried to connect with multiple cellular devices with same result. dealership attempted to service . stated maserati north america is aware of a widespread issue, and they currently do not have a corrective action to fix. i believe this a major safety concern and it's unsafe to use a wireless phone while driving , in addition to it being illegal in the state of california . the distraction on the intermittent connection and erratic loud noises also can be dangerous.
