Heater actuator failed after 13,000 miles. heater stopped working when turned on. company redesigned part but refused to repair under warranty after the parts failed on many cars.
Tl* the contact owns a 2015 maserati ghibli. the contact stated that while driving at approximately 35 mph, the vehicle independently accelerated up to 70 mph without warning. the contact was able to stop the vehicle by pulling up the accelerator pedal and depressing the brake pedal to the floorboard. the contact mentioned that after the failure occurred, the vehicle failed to start as the instrument panel flickered and the windshield wipers operated independently. the vehicle was towed to the dealer but had not been diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 2,045.
Purchase this car in december 2015 and only placed 2500 miles on the auto and service attendant said you must drive the car 4000 miles to keep the battery charged. i have only had the auto for 6 months. spoke to the tow truck driver and this is one of the issues of this vehicle. they are attempting to charge me for a battery in which i have only owned the car for 6 months.
