While driving consumer's son got caught on the rear seat belt which tightened around his neck. consumer had to cut the belt in order to release her son. *ak
When leaving work on evening of 07-08-99, attempted to place seatbelt into latch and latch failed to work. i was concerned that if i had been involved in an accident i could have possibly been ejected from my vehicle. incidently, in 1997, i was involved in a car accident and the person driving the other vehicle was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected and killed. i run high anxiety levels concerning wearing seatbelts. i feel that my safety and my families safety is at hand and this problem could happen again.
