Recently reported TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM problems on 2002 Lincoln LS

Took my 2002 lincoln into dealer to see why i was smelling hot engine oil they told me the valve cover gaskets leak on both sides of engine. asked why both the service traction control light and abs light and occasionally brake like stay on while operating the car, was told the sensor was bad and needed replaced. upon inspection they found the transmission cooling line was leaking. my car has only approx. 80,000 miles on it. i feel that the leaking oil could cause a fire due to the gaskets leaking and what could happen if the transmission oil dumped while operating, could any of these problems cause a serious accident while operating on public highways or freeways. *tr
