We are dissatisfied with the level of service from the lincoln motor company and serramonte ford dealership in colma, california, with specific reference to the case, cas-1758606, recall 19s03 and nhtsa recall # 1v-077. our vehicle's driver door will not close and is unsafe to drive. the ongoing issue has been problematic for victoria sedan & limousine. the vehicle has been at the dealership since april 1, 2019, and has not been resolved even after contacting serramonte ford, ford headquarters as well as lincoln concierge. we were denied a loaner vehicle or any sort of compensation for time loss and the lack of effort in resolving this issue in a timely manner has forced us to take a financial loss, reassign the chauffeur who had the vehicle and put a strain on our operations. what makes matters worse is that we have learned that one of our partners; with the same type of business had the same issue with their lincoln continental. they took it to the ford lincoln dealership in concord, california and were given a loaner while their car awaited the defective part which has since been repaired. this raises the question as to why our operation was treated differently. we are reaching out to you to see if you can h assist us getting the issue resolved as the agencies mentioned were unable to do so.

At 49000 miles the left rear door would not open from the outside for a week. it then worked ok until 50500. we told the dealership and they said it was out of warranty. at 51000 miles now both rear doors will not work from the outside. if i am in a wreck there is no way to get anyone out of the rear of this car. i have purchased a hammer to get people out in an emergency. it seems a car rear door button should last longer than a year or two.

The front hood vibrates as if it's getting ready to unlatch as your driving at 70 m.p.h. while on the highway. it's very uncomfortable and scary.
