There are obstructions in the accelerator pedal area. my husband wears a size 12 shoe. when he presses down on the pedal to accelerate quickly, the right side of his shoe encounters an obstruction. he moves his foot over to the left a little and can get the pedal down but then the tip of his toe gets caught in a bolt or something above the top of the pedal. we have contacted lexus and they are unwilling to do anything. this is a serious safety concern!!!
